Accounts and authorised use
Users are expected to provide accurate information, protect their access credentials, and use only workspaces they are authorised to access. Firms remain responsible for their instructions and client relationships.
Open items
Final liability, fees, suspension, data handling, dispute, governing-law, and support provisions are pending NZ legal review and approval.
